I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The rooms were top-notch with amazing high-tech features and luxurious bedding. They are what you'd expect from a central London Hotel, featuring great beds and high-quality bedding with numerous high tech push-button features for added convenience. The service from guest neighbors and hotel staff was outstanding, with a special anniversary gift of cake and cocktails. The location is unbeatable, providing easy access to the best shopping and nightlife London has to offer. The dining experience, including a breakfast worth every penny, was a highlight during our stay.
