I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The rooms were top-notch with amazing high-tech features and luxurious bedding. The service was exceptional, and the location was ideal for exploring London on foot. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, and pricing was a bit on the higher side.

The service from guest neighbors and hotel staff was outstanding, with a special anniversary gift of cake and cocktails. The location is unbeatable, providing easy access to the best shopping and nightlife London has to offer. The dining experience, including a breakfast worth every penny, was a highlight during our stay.
